A round dry box that keeps one 1 kg spool dry while you print straight out of it. The spool drops over a hollow desiccant hub, rides on eight floor ribs, and the filament leaves through a PTFE push-fit outlet - no need to open the lid until the spool is empty. **Features** - **Desiccant hub:** the centre post holds silica gel (about 90 ml), 12 vent slots, closed by a vented cap; it also centres the spool - **PTFE outlet:** 4 mm tube push-fit on a 45 degree boss, with a funnel on the inside so the filament feeds cleanly - **Seal:** a groove in the rim takes 2 mm silicone cord, the lid's tongue ring presses it, a locating skirt keeps the lid aligned - **Hygrometer window:** fits the common 43 mm round mini hygrometers, pressed in from the inside, readable from the top - **Floor ribs:** the spool turns on narrow ribs instead of scraping a flat floor - Fluted grip band on the box, fluted lid edge, engraved label **Size** - 208 mm diameter (215 mm across the outlet boss) x 88 mm - fits 220 mm beds and larger (place the outlet across the diagonal) - Takes spools up to 200 mm diameter and 75 mm wide **Files** - Three print-ready STLs (box upright, lid and cap upside down) plus one combined STL, and a 3-colour 3MF - Three watertight parts (0 non-manifold edges), checked assembled with 0.40 mm clearances For best sealing print in PETG and add a 2 mm silicone cord in the rim groove.
