One of the metal valve handles on my ten-year-old Oatey Quadtro washing machine outlet box broke around the center hub, so I modeled a replacement. The valve was not stuck, but the cast part crumbled anyway. I printed mine in PETG, and it works well on a valve that turns normally. Because this is a torque-loaded part, a stiffer engineering filament like carbon-fiber-reinforced may be preferable if your valve is difficult to turn. Use enough walls/perimeters to provide good rigidity around the central hub and valve-stem socket, where the handle engages the valve stem. Around the 10mm height mark, there is one solid layer (assuming a .2mm layer height) where the hole for the head of the screw transitions to the shaft of the screw. This is intentional and provides a slight platform for the next layer to print onto cleanly, so you don't need to use supports. It's only one layer, so you can just push the screw right through it. Oatey sells the Quadtro 1/4-turn washing machine outlet box in a number of plumbing connection configurations, so I can only confirm fit with the valve that I used to create the model.
